Sales
Creating and strengthening customer relationships is the most important part of a salesperson’s role. With outstanding customer service at our forefront, we offer replacement parts, new equipment sales, year-round rental programs, and clearance inventory. Working with a high level of support from our manufacturers, we maintain a vast array of quality equipment available to meet our customers’ needs. Our team can assist most any company as they visit our showroom. We work to understand the need, make recommendations, compose quotes, secure financing, and arrange for the delivery of shiny new machines.


Service & Repairs
Whether it’s yearly machine maintenance, diagnosing a problem, or coordinating a full equipment repair, our service techs work to ensure they use their time as efficiently as possible. We can troubleshoot and repair any of the products we carry, including our line-up of trailers. Just like our sales team, our technicians build customer relationships with every repair they make. We start with the initial work-up to determine what’s needed, research potential warranty opportunities, and finish with the repair itself. With an 8-bay repair shop, industry-leading technology, and an exceptionally talented team, we deliver efficient repairs and top-notch customer service. Our goal is always to get the equipment back into our customers’ hands as quickly as possible.


Parts Department
With over 10,000 items in stock, our Parts & Accessories department is in high demand. This customer-facing team runs our retail store and fields inbound requests - all while managing vendor relationships to ensure popular parts are in stock and accounted for. They also coordinate a close relationship with the Service department, submitting daily parts orders needed for repair jobs. The days fly by for this multi-tasking team. 


Office Management
Our office team works together to keep the ship sailing smoothly. Whether it’s accounting, human resources, marketing, or general office administration, our collaborative focus is set to succeed at a high level of professionalism - each and every day.
